Fatemeh Kardel, University of Antwerp, Belgium

I am doing research at the Department of Bioscience Engineering, University of Antwerp. I got my Master degree from Department of Environmental science and technology, Ghent University in 2007. I defended my Ph.D. entitled ‘urban habitat quality assessment based on plant leaf characteristics’ at the Department of Bioscience Engineering, University of Antwerp on 19 December 2011. My on-going research project is ‘monitoring of particulate matter via leaf magnetic properties in urban environment’. My interests are Biomonitoring air quality and reduction of air pollutants via plant characteristics in urban environment. I am recently involved on the project ‘Spectral density miss-measured data’ at the Golestan University, Iran.
