Registration Fees

• ¹Academic rate applies to those with a fulltime position in a non-commercial institute.
• ²Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status.

The registration fee includes:

• Access to conference sessions, posters and exhibition area
• Abstract CD
• Drinks reception on Sunday, 17 June 2012
• Mid-session refreshments as scheduled in the conference program
• Lunch on 18, 19 and 20 June 2012

Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner will take place in the famous Five Flies restaurant in Amsterdam on Monday, June 18 2012. The Five Flies restaurant is set in five ancient buildings dating back to 1627 and situated in the centre of Amsterdam, just a short walk from the conference venue. The evening begins from the conference hotel with a boat trip through Amsterdam’s famous canals and culminates with a traditional meal at the restaurant, which specialises in New Dutch cuisine. Guests will then be escorted back to the hotel on foot.

Cancellation

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by Friday 20 April 2012, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by Friday 4 May 2012, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after Friday 4 May 2012, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

Please be advised that no photography or video/sound recording or conference presentations or posters is allowed to take place during the conference.
